How long is the preorder period?
The current store opening is from 21/11/22 to  30/12/22.


How long is the preorder period?
The packages aim to be shipped out in late January to February.


Where are products being shipped from?
Currently all orders are shipped from Malaysia.


What currency is the store in?
All prices are in $USD with Paypal and Stripe being the only accepted payment methods.


Can I get a refund for something I've ordered?
All sales are final, I will not refund any missing packages, so please make sure to write your address correctly!

I've ordered something during the preorder period but I want to change my shipping address!

How are items shipped?
Shipments will be sent in regular letter mail or bubble mailers depending on the order.


Do you know where my package is?
All orders come without tracking BY DEFAULT. Please purchase additional tracking if you want to know where your package is! I cannot find out where your parcel is otherwise.


The tracking number in my e-mail doesn't work, why?
Sometimes Bigcartel does dumb things. Please e-mail me with your order ID requesting for your tracking number!


How long will items take to arrive?
These are estimated times for shipping after I've dropped them off at the post office.
SEA countries: 1-2 months
Everywhere else: 2-6 months
